“Meeting with friends”

Date

Over the years, at Bikers for Humanity, we've had the privilege of sharing joyful moments with hundreds, if not thousands, of children who remind us that we truly make a difference. Whether it's witnessing their laughter and singing at our festival in Brezoi or seeing them lend a helping hand on our projects, their energy and enthusiasm inspire us every single day.

Over the years, at Bikers for Humanity, we’ve had the privilege of sharing joyful moments with hundreds, if not thousands, of children who remind us that we truly make a difference. Whether it’s witnessing their laughter and singing at our festival in Brezoi or seeing them lend a helping hand on our projects, their energy and enthusiasm inspire us every single day.

One shining example is Matei, a young boy who has touched our hearts and returns to the Bikers for Humanity Rock Fest year after year. His father shared, “After the first edition he attended, he wanted to come back for the second, and the next one, because it’s an environment where he can truly be himself—free to be who he is without judgment, regardless of having long hair or tattoos.”

What moved us the most was a heartfelt letter he sent us through his dad, along with a  drawing. In his letter, Matei expressed that Brezoi, the place where we’ve built together, “emanates kindness” and that he left the festival filled with “positive energy.” His words struck a chord with us and reminded us why we do what we do—because giving brings happiness, and we strive to spread joy to those around us. The happiness we see in the children’s eyes reflects our efforts and makes every moment spent worthwhile, despite the hard work and exhaustion.

But Matei didn’t just come for the music and atmosphere. A week before the festival, he joined his parents at Brezoi, where we began laying the foundations for the Cultural Center. I watched him run around with boundless energy, enjoying everything happening around him. His contagious enthusiasm filled our hearts with joy!

That’s why Matei’s dad encourages other parents to bring their children to our volunteer events: “It doesn’t matter if you have tattoos, long hair, or if you’re a biker. What matters here is kindness and people who want to do good.”

So, we warmly invite you to join us next summer, from June 20 to 22, 2025, at our festival in Brezoi. It will be filled with great music, old and new friends, meaningful actions, and unforgettable moments that will stay with us forever.

Together we are Bikers for Humanity!
