RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR "BIKERS FOR HUMANITY ROCK FEST"
TICKETS AND ACCESS
Access to the festival is granted based on a ticket or pass purchased from one of the official ticketing partners.
Each ticket or pass allows entry for one person only. Exceptions apply to promotional packages that allow multiple people entry under specific conditions. In such cases, all attendees must arrive together, as the ticket will be scanned once for all included individuals.
We reserve the right to launch promotions at any time and will announce them on our social media channels.
Pass holders must exchange their pass for a wristband and wear it at all times during the event. Wristbands will not be replaced if removed or intentionally damaged. Minors will receive distinct wristbands.
Access to the festival grounds is only allowed through the designated entrance, following ticket verification.
Special tickets must be purchased separately for access to the camping area. There are two types of camping tickets: one for RVs and another for tents. Camping access is permitted one day before and one day after the festival. The organizer does not provide RVs or tents and is not responsible for participants’ personal belongings.
Participants under 18 years old must present a signed parental declaration if not accompanied by a guardian.
Children under 13 years old have free access to the event but must be accompanied by a parent or an adult.
Certified persons with disabilities have free entry, with or without an escort, based on a valid certificate.
All participants must carry identification and present it upon request by the organizers.
SPECIAL OFFERS, RAFFLES, AND CONTESTS
The organizer may hold promotions, raffles, and contests related to festival tickets, which will be announced through official communication channels.

- Baby strollers and carriers;
- Backpacks, fanny packs, and bags (maximum size: 29cm x 21cm x 12cm);
- Binoculars;
- Folding chairs, blankets;
- Compact cameras;
- Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes;
- Headphones, GoPros;
- Wet wipes, hand sanitizers;
- Raincoats, hats, scarves;
- Mobile phones, chargers;
- Sunscreen, sunglasses;
- Essential medications (e.g., insulin, inhalers);
- Smiles and good vibes!
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters;
- Drones, professional cameras/video equipment;
- Glass bottles, umbrellas, large luggage;
- Selfie sticks, laser pointers;
- Weapons, dangerous objects;
- Flammable materials, fireworks;
- Vuvuzelas;
- Outside food and beverages;
- Illegal substances;
- Any objects that may pose a threat to public safety;
- Unauthorized commercial or promotional activities;
- Protests, demonstrations, flyer distribution.
EVENT GUIDELINES
By attending the festival, each participant agrees to abide by these rules.
The festival features loud music, special visual and sound effects. Sensitive individuals must assume the risks of participation.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the concert schedule without prior notice. Schedule changes do not justify ticket refunds.
We do not guarantee entry processing times or the availability of festival services.
CAMPING AREA
The camping area is open one day before the festival and closes one day after the event. Vehicles are not allowed inside the camping area and must be parked in the designated area.
The campsite is equipped with nighttime lighting, restrooms, showers, power outlets, and free WiFi.
For environmental protection, we recommend using biodegradable hygiene products.
PAYMENT SYSTEM
Food can be purchased with cash or card, while beverages are sold using tokens available at designated points.
The sale of alcohol and cigarettes to minors is strictly prohibited.
SECURITY AND SAFETY
Any safety concerns should be reported to security personnel. The organizer reserves the right to remove participants who violate festival rules.
Medical teams will be available for emergency assistance.
The organizer is not responsible for lost items, but they can be handed in at the information desk.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
By attending, participants agree to be featured in photos and videos taken at the festival. The organizer reserves the right to use these materials for promotional purposes.
Participants are not allowed to sell or commercially use recordings made at the festival.
The organizer may establish areas where filming and photography are prohibited.
In compliance with GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete personal data. Requests can be sent to contact@bikersforhumanity.ro and contact@brezoiblues.ro.
By purchasing a ticket and attending “Bikers For Humanity Rock Fest,” each participant confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these rules.
